To its credit, the apartment has a great exterior view and the grounds are kept fairly well maintained, minus the cigarette butts and dog poop all over the grass right outside the walkways to you're apartment. There are things that are good and things that are bad about this apartment, as in every apartment, however I feel that the bad definitely outweighs the good. This is by far the nosiest apartment complex I've lived in and it's not necessarily that the neighbors are extra loud, but the walls are so very thin and if you live on the bottom floors.. be ready to hear every foot step or conversation and television program that you're upstairs neighbors are watching. There is no assigned parking unless you wish to pay a ridiculous amount to park under a semi covered parking spot. So if you work late, be prepared to have to walk a ways to get to you're apartment. You should also be very fond of kids, because they are everywhere and yet their parents don't seem to be watching them. The apartments are slightly over priced for the quality you get even in the so called upgraded apartments. The paint job looks very unprofessional and the laminate "wood" floors come up very easily, which you will be charged for when you move out. The carpets are stained when you move in and they will charge you for those even though you state upon move in that there are many stains on the carpets. Ants are also frequent house guest whether you like it or not, when maintenance responds they simply spray a wal-mart pesticide that will kill the ants on site, but not prevent more from coming in. The fitness room is very small, but nicely equipped if you do manage to get a turn. The one thing I will say is that the staff is very friendly and treats you with respect , however they are fairly disorganized when it comes to tracking payments and move out dates. If you are on the fence about this place, I would say check elsewhere there are many nice apartments in the area where you can get more for your money.
