I have lived in several apartments over the past 4 years and can tell you this is the worse place I have every lived. I glad to be gone. I think it starts at the top with the Manager (Amber). She just flat out doesn't care and has zero customer service towards the tennants, furthermore she is quick to flip attitude at any type of issue brought up, as if it were your fault. Here are the reasons why I would avoid moving in.

* Dirty as hell all over the place. It is like a breeding ground for cats they urinate on the lowere decks, so you can smell it everywhere. I don't have pets, so it was probably a mistake to live here in the first place. They don't enforce the outdoor cat rule at all.

* Dog crap everywhere, stinks of it. I saw a dog last month urinating on a bush right outside an apartment on the lower deck, it eventually killed the bush. The hall way reeked on urine. Very unsanitary. Again, this is a pet hotel and they don't not enforce the rules.

* I saw a previous post here also that they were being charged for stains on carpet that were already there. They did the same to me. I think it is scam to keep deposits and charge more for exiting. I just paid it to get out of there, but previous post is right and I go back trying to deal with the manager is completely impossible. She is unreasonable.

* My aparment was up an on the backside of the complex, so I had a mold issue, which the response to fix was leave the windos open to let air in. Uh...that kind of costsm me more money and it seems it would be an issue the complex should take care of. Try living in a one bedroom where you have to monitor for mold on a weekly basis. No wonder I was sick so much.

POSITIVES
* Maintneance staff is pretty quick to respond and there is a nice view if you want to pay extra for it.

* I liked the pool

I would not go back and would not recommend this to anyone. If you have pets, then yes it might work for you. Make sure you are there for the long haul, beacause they will keep you deposit and find ways to extract money from you. Really examine the apartment before move in. I'm at new spot in Tigard and very happy. Shop around and is my advice.
