I have lived here at Avalon Park for over a year now and just signed another 6 month lease. I love it...there's really not more to say. The apartments are spacious, the noise is minimal, it's clean and feels safe (2 single women). The management is busy but gets the job done in a timely fashion. It's by far the best place I've lived. Only thing that can be irritating is the parking, but that depends on which side of the complex you live on. The staff informed us before we chose our apt that one had great parking and the other not so great...we choose the one with not so great parking but next to the beautiful park. There is a lack of garages available on site but every apt gets one covered space. All in all it's great here!
