The staff here is GREAT!!! I've never had better apartment management! They are very approachable and friendly, and take care of problems right away.

The maintenance staff is very on top of things, and if you have a problem, it's usually fixed within a few hours.

My apartment layout is very cute, and I love the fireplace and ceiling fan! They are clean, and well maintained, and for the most part, quiet.

I live on the side that doesn't get much afternoon sun, and even on 90 days, my apartment stays cool.

There is a private park on the property down by the river, with lots of walking paths and basketball courts and volleyball courts.

The only problems I have here are one inconsiderate neighbor, an annoying pair of dogs that live in one of the houses across the way, an abundance of spiders, which can be blamed on a mild winter and the proximity to the river, and sometimes loud street noise from 99W.

Also, there have been a few vehicle break-ins on the premises, but I've not experienced it personally.

They've stepped up their night security patrols, and it's been better since.
