It's too bad that there is no such thing as a "crime free" place to live. But when something happens to you it's easy to blame others. I have lived at Avalon Park for 5 years and nothing has ever happened to me or my car. What I do know is the staff has always proved very caring towards the residents and I have never known them to lie about anything, but sometimes things are just out of their control. When the electricity goes out is it the manager's fault' When it snows is it the manager's fault' My point is I have never felt more compassion from the staff and even the majority of the residents that live here. So until I'm ready to buy a house I'm staying put. I hope you don't let some unanimous comment sway you from checking this place out - ask virtually ANYONE else that lives here.
