I've lived here just over a year and I've been happy. The staff is very responsive and friendly (the manager is NOT psychotic..geez!). They organize special events for the tenants which I've never experienced to such a degree anywhere else. Pool party, Easter egg hunt, Tenant Appreciation Week, etc... On the negative, YES parking can be a hassle if you have more than one vehicle and your apartment is on the South side of the complex since there's only 1 assigned, covered spot per apartment. Plenty of parking on the Northside. It was noisier when I moved in (kids and their blaring stereos), but I think the staff is pretty good about addressing that. The bedrooms seem a bit small to me, but I love the layout of the 1 bedroom apt otherwise. Woodburning fireplace! YAY! :-) A friend has been trying to get me to move to a 2 bedroom somewhere else, but heck no..I'll be renewing my 1 year lease here in September.
