My experience at Avalon Park was overall very disappointing. First, you can't say anything without it being transmitted through the walls to all your neighbors around you; the floors are so thin that you can hear every footstep from the neighbors above. Next, the apartments are very old and the appliances are generally of very poor quality. Finally, the manager is a nightmare to deal with and is totally unreasonable; don't bother trying to get any of your deposit back, because it isn't going to happen. There are much better places in the area for the amount they are trying to charge...be smart and look elsewhere!
