I find it funny that for being such an all around crappy place with a non-existant Manager, there are so many good reviews. Staff should not be aloud to call themselves anonymous and write their own reviews. The so-called good reviews, where they are trying to "sell" the property, sound just like Avalon Park's advertisements. Give me a break. If you really want to know what Avalon Park is like, go in and try to meet the Manager. Or when all of the other employees are there, ask where the Manager is. Good luck with that.

These comments made are highly speculative and degrades their reputation for no solid reason or reasons. To blatantly say that the office staff write the positive reviews is childish at best. I have met with the staff very recently and plan to move there soon, and have found the staff always there and available, friendly too! The grounds are kept up well, etc, etc. So...to the author of the "the staff wrote their own reviews" comment...please don't complain unless you have solid evidence to complain about, maybe find something more positive to talk about or say about someone's business.
