Since this reveiw is from the staff we will be as neutral as possible so as not to skew the actual ratings. When we first came across this website there had already been a number of reviews. Some good and some bad. We were glad there was a website that would allow residents to freely express their experiences with us. Although we are not going to respond to any one specific comment we believe the statement that "the staff is writing the positive comments" is a bit unfair. Just as those with a negative experience have every right to post - so do those with positive experiences. Of course when we see a negative response it is difficult not to take it personally. The staff of 6 has been here from 2 to 10 years and we all take pride in the property. Unfortunately, especially in business, it is impossible to make 100% of the people happy without compromising policies and procedures. Because we have over 300 residents on this property we do not always know who wrote the negative comments. We strongly believe if we were made aware of any shortcomings we would do everything in our power to fix it. Our goal is to make everyone happy, because let's face it, we would not still be at our jobs if everyone that lived here hated us. On the contrary, it is very rewarding to share in the excitement of someone who has just rented their first apartment, or to be greeted with fresh baked bread when we've had a bad day, or just the experience of meeting and getting to know so many different people....THAT is why we are here. So to all who have come across this website to post a positive experience...thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and to those that felt they had a negative experience, our sincerest apologies, we truly wished we had the opportunity to make things right.
