I've lived in apartments my whole life...
I have lived at Avalon Park for 6 years..
There's a reason I still live here...
It's completely GORGEOUS!
I was looking at the complaints and I do understand..
However, there are some things we can do to make our own apartments clean..
Yes, there might be a little more mold than other places BUT we live RIGHT SMACK next to our beautiful Tualatin River..
So, you're gonna get a little more moisture, Blah blah blah...
The staff is cool, the park is So way far more than cool and petty complaints are something either you can do yourself or easliy express it to the staff..
No matter what, they will always help you!!
And they always have....BUT you gotta do your own part in any living situation..
I LOVE it here!!! I feel almost lucky to have found it!!
