best complex I've ever lived in! From: Coley0405 Date posted: 4/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I've lived in alot of apartments in my life and this is, by far, the best place to live. It's like a mini, friendly neighborhood. Whenever I want coffee, the staff always takes a moment of their time, (and they are quite busy renting,let me tell you!), to gab with me for a moment. They are warm and friendly and genuinely care about people. They are always finding new ways to make this complex as beautiful and safe as possible. The grounds are always clean. The park is a welcoming place to take a stroll. We have pratically 24 hour security, which makes me feel comfortable. If I have a maintenenance problem, which is rare, they fix it right away. They remember your birthday and give you a card. I've never had a complaint nor have I been given one. I have the best neighbors. It's like one big happy family. And I appreciate and love the Avalon staff! This would be a very difficult business to be in. You just can't seem to please everyone. But, although their pretty wonderful, they can't read minds. I've lived here for 3 years and until I can buy a house, I will continue to live in this amazing place. Which might be forever!
