Avalon Park is without a doubt, the worst place I've ever lived. My complaints are basically these:

1. Exceedingly noisy. Walls poorly insulated; flushing toilets, running bath water, laundry cycles, all reverberate through the walls. Noise level is excessive. Conversations can easily be heard from adjoining apartments and from common areas outside.

2. Poor management. Management does not address or otherwise acknowledge earnest, genuine complaints related to noise or problems with neighbors.

3. Covered parking is available for a fee. Uncovered, unassigned parking is generally not convenient to the units and is available on a first come, first served basis.

4. Safety is generally okay, but it's worth noting that a homicide occurred here in 2007. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
