I have lived at Beef Bend Courts for almost two years now. I absolutely love it! The management has changed three times since I have been here (which is usually sketchy) but each time it gets better and better. Maintenance issues are seen to immediately and fixed ASAP. Manager and her leasing agents are always easy going and helpful. They are really looking to maintan residents as opposed to lock them into insane leases and then ignore their needs. They aren't brand new but the location makes up for it. Great place for those who enjoy more of a neighborhood feel as opposed to a busy apartment complex. I would recommend this place to anyone!
