I don't know what people are talking about sometimes. Sure, people's cars get broken into (mine hasn't at this place, but at the place we moved from), and there's always gonna be riff raff everywhere you go; you think Tigard is bad, try NE Portland where we moved from.
As far as putting the good tenants in the front and the bad ones in the back, that's insane to me as when I moved in, I had 8 choices of apartments that I couldn't moved into, but chose the one in the back because it was away from the street and is really quiet.
So far, this place has been the best place we lived at and I haven't had any problems with maintenance requests or loud people or break ins so, I would recommend this place in an instant. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
