I WENT THROUGH TWO LEASES HERE AND SEEN THREE DIFFERENT MANAGAMENTS HERE.THE NEW MANAGMENT TEAM ARE FRIENDLY BUT RETARDED. THEY ARE COMPLEATLY UNRELIABLE. IT TOOK THEM 3 MONTHS TO FIX SIMPLE THINGS AROUND MY APARTMENT,THATS AFTER ME BITCHING ABOUT IT FOR WEEKS. THEY CLAIMED THE FIX IT GUYS WERE HIDING THE WORK ORDERS. PARKING HERE IS THE WORST IT COULD BE. THIS PLACE HAS GOT A SMALL PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF THE COMPLEX,BUT IVE SEEN MANY TIMES THAT CARS ARE BROKEN IN TO QUIT OFTEN THERE.IF YOU LIVE IN A BACK APT, YOU HAVE TO WALK ABOUT 100 YARDS TO YOUR FRONT DOOR. THATS FUN AFTER WORKING 12 HOUR DAYS AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH ALL THE TRAFFIC THROUGH DURHAM ROAD. ALSO KING CITY AND A RETIRMENT COMMUNITY IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR, SO YOU HEAR AMBULANCE/COP SIRANS ALL THE TIME,FROM PEOPLE NEEDING TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL.THE ONLY REASON I STAYED SO LONG IS THE PRICE WAS RIGHT FOR ME AT THE TIME. PLUS I WAS REAL CLOSE TO WORK. I LIVE ONE MILE AWAY FROM WORK, BUT IT TAKES ME ALOMOST A HALF HOUR TO GET THERE DUE TO THE TRAFFIC. THE APARTMENT ITSELF IS A CRAPPY DESIGN ALLTHE BEADROOMS, ON THE GROUND FLOOR, ARE NEXT TO THE ALLEY, OR THE RENTERS ASIGNED PARKING SPOTS/GARAGES. SO YOU HERE EVERYTHING 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Wow!! It sounds like you really weren't happy there. I don't know why you must pollute the internet with your whining noise though. You admit that "the only reason I stayed so long is the price was right for me at the time." So...this means you got something out of it. Didn't you? It sucked for you, but the rent was cheap so you stayed. That was your choice...no one held a gun to your head. You have obviously moved on physically, but I guess not emotionally. Look, apartment living is apartment living. Most of the time management is slow, rude, evasive, and things break and trash piles up and people have heart attacks and need to be taken to the hospital by ambulance...DAMN THEM!! You knew that it was located next to a retirement community when you moved in, did you not? You should have thought about that, but evidently you didn't, so why is it someone elses fault? Why are they a bad place to live because YOU don't like where they are located? Come on!! You got what you wanted out of it....you got your cheap rent. Are you aware that there are people who live under bridges throughout Washington County that would KILL to have an apartment anywhere? Are you aware that people are dying in Darfur, or Iraq. If you don't like where you live, move....don't whine about it. You could always live in a van down by the river!!
P.S. I have never lived or worked at Brightwaters/Durham park
