Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I've been with Durham Park for 2 years and 3 different management companies. The new one is fantastic! They changed the name to Bright Waters at Red Hawk (I know it's a bit silly) but they have resurfaced the parking lots and roads, resurfaced the swimming pool and replaced its fence. They replaced the fence outside the buildings. Over the last couple of days they've been planting trees and bushes facing Durham Rd.
I had about 15 things to be fixed in my apartment right after I signed my new lease 2 weeks ago. They did them all the SAME day within a week.
It's worth living here again.
