California Style Management...

Pay big bucks to live here and pay big bucks for a parking space. This place was built as Section 8 housing in 1989 and now that it is not, you pay to park or do the crow to find a place to park your ride. Terrible management when it comes to getting things fixed and the garbage collection area is a joke - garbage on the ground and wood rats running around it make for a horrible situation. If you are female you are fine, but if you are male you are suspect because the place is managed by all females that have failed relationships and they paly favorites. The ultimate goal of the Californian owners is to turn the place into condos - when I can hear the folks on the 3rd floor, why would I pay to live in a noisy place'''
