Previously I had written a post about not getting a parking spot even though I have lived here for six months. However I would like to say that as of today, this has changed. We have been issued a parking spot by the new management. Things are looking up...hope it stays that way.

OK - and you had to pay for it would be my guess. When my rent and utilities approached $700 a month for a dinky 1-bedroom and I had to listen to barking dogs at 3:00 AM and the blonde fighting with her "cage-fighter" boy-friend and getting turned in to "man hater" management for violating "their basic rights" by pitching a ----- to each occupant it was time to break the lease - good luck with the "new management" that is still part of the LOP's up in Seatlle and owned by greedy Californian's. Oh yea, thank GOD I had/have an attorney on-call to have dealt with those cretin's...
