personally and from the general concenus from the other residents we are all sad to see Tara and lesley leave. I have lived here for several years through the good and the bad and the best just moved on. I saw so many things change for the better and real efforts from including the community kids, helping the elderly residents and working with some of us that had financial struggles that office had their handsful. I would try to visit with the girls once a week and I saw the way that clubhouse and the greedy needy residents would talk to Lesley or Tara I realized that my visits added to their work load and had to limit myself after seeing how much of a workload was expected from them. I hope that were they went somewhere that will see their strengths. Ps VPray I live near you and I know that yuor daughters were always at the office and Lesley and Tara always were very nice and included them in everything. So why not recognize that instead of bad mouthing them.

If you actually read my post, then you would see that I did say that Tara did try. However, everything else I also said was very true. Just because she was nice to my kids does not mean that everything else I said was incorrect. And the negative did indeed outweigh the good. She was indeed extremely rude and did not have any customer service skills. I would go in with a smile on my face and a "how are you today" and all I would get back is an irritated attitude like "what do you want?" And no, I am not one of the "needy" people and so she had no reason to treat me as bad as she did. Everything in my post was true and correct and I was fair and did mention all of the good and bad that I saw. I think maybe you should take your blinders off. Just because it sounds like she was your friend does not mean that all the problems I discussed are not correct. I stand by my statements because they are all 100% true. I doubt you can argue with a single one of them (except about Tara since it sounds like she was your friend). However, as I also said, I acknowledged that Tara did indeed do her best and it appeared that the root of the problem was upper management.
