I have been here since june of 2008, i love the quietness of these apartments the laundry facilities are very ample, The management and maitanence staff are excellent have risen to my every need when asked i could not not be more happy than i am here i am happy that i chose georgetown manor as my place of residence. The easy access to shopping and freeways is excellent for commuting. I will be here for quite awhile.

Wow, one would think management could spell better? LOL. I took a tour and I agree it's overpriced, but I didn't smell any poop (or any other weird stuff).
