Beware of the Mold

When I moved in there was about one inch thick mold around the windows which were painted over and the venhilation was not very good. The condensation and moisture was very high.
I think that the management did not really take accountability for the mold and instead puts it on the tenant or the "fact that you live in the Pacific Northwest". Most mold experts will tell you that mold should not be a "tenant" in your home, and causes health issues.
Even though I have had good experiences there, I also had not so good. The management tries hard to help but not always do they do what they should to be accountable.
Overall I feel both good and partly not, but would say that it is better than some I have heard or seen or experienced out there.
So if you are inclined health hardy to mold then do move in and if not stay away or take pictures.
