Poor Construction From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Main Street has decent floor plans and a good location. However, be prepared to hear you neighbors every movement above you since the floor creaks badly and there is limited insulation between walls and floors. There are a number of cheap fixtures that have been installed and that cause problems. Previous management was better than current. Area prone to flooding.
