The floor plans are nice but the noise travels quite a bit, both human and machine (toilet, dryer, ect). Do not expect a timely responce from maintenance if there is a problem. I waited almost a year for some repairs that were listed as deficient on my move-in inspection. There is no assigned parking. Management show extreme favoritism... garage sales approved for some but not others; warnings/notices for 'eyesores' to some while others leave out garbage, car parts, dead plants, ect. for days with no action.
