I lived at Main Street Village for a little over a year. I loved my apartment! The floor plan was open and the complex was clean. For the most part I enjoyed the staff, a few times one person was very rude, but I just shrugged it off. I had little problems with my apartment and enjoyed my time there. The day I moved out a friend of mine and I cleaned the little one bedroom for 8 hours. I wanted to make sure I left it in great condition! I knew I would be charged for one tear in the carpet from my little dog, but that should have been it. Besides, when I moved in my carpet was stained everywhere and they had talked about replacing it when I moved out. So we cleaned everything from top to bottom...well, lets just say I didn't get a full refund on my deposit, not even close. They kept over half of it. I always thought if I moved back to the Portland area I would go back to MSV because I loved it so much, but now I think I would think twice about that!
