Maintanace is very poor, Deposit froget about it when you moved out, consider this appartment only if you have no space any where in the earth, The apartment it self is good but the managment is not, we rented it including the garage, few months later they figured out they made mistake, they start charging us for the garage, if you breake the lease ther is one month penalty, when we moved in every thing consider as clean, OLD paind, stain in the carpet, cut screens...when you moved out nothing will be cleaned no matter how much you clean it. I barely no the manager then a change come. Garpage most of time is fulled and garbage bags every where. Water and garbage are not included in the rent it is another $50 or so.
I do not recomended this aparment to any one.
