I have been here for 3 years and it is a quiet place, the neighbors are fine, but the staff is terrible. I had a gutter problem where I had a waterfall outside my door, called 6 times about it and was told the problem was being worked on. This was last year, right when they raised my rent by $100. Where did that money go' Before the rent was raised in more palatable increments, $20 here, $30 there, but to go up by $100 is outrageous, especially when the money seems to go nowhere. I am a good tenant, never had any problems, always pay on time, and well, I am counting the days till this lease goes out so I can relocate.
