I have lived here for 6 months and having been used to living in a house, yes noise is an issue but I have come to live with it. The floor for the unit above has got to be the minimum to meet code and you can hear every foot step. I really like this place and don't like the thought of having to move, but......
My main issue issue is parking. I have two cars and rent a garage for my vintage VW at $50 per month so as not to inconvenience my neighbors. Clearly, others are not as considerate. There is one car in my parking lot which has been out of license for 5 months and hasn't moved since I moved in the 5 months that I have lived here. At least one other unit has two semipermanently parked vehicles plus the one which they park in front of their garage. I have to park in areas outside of my local unit area frequently thus inconveniencing other residents. Inviting someone over for dinner is out of the question. Management has acknowledged the problem but only tagged one vehicle recently which had had two flat tires for two months.
