Maintenance never showed for any repairs. The manager actually had to make a motor for our shower fan, and it was less than acceptable. The fan is noisy and doesn't work. Tons of mold, yes I know we're in Oregon, but painting over it does not solve the problem. Also the lead based paint from a few years back has caused my son to have a form of lead poisoning. It obviously was not removed/taken care of properly. The landscaping is nice except fot the poisonous berries growing everywhere. Management said would not remove because they look nice. If eaten by children they are fatal.
