Poor management and bad maintenance

There is a women that lives in the apartment that has straggling cats that come to her door and she is mentally psycho.

We have lived above her and she is crazy.

Maintenance never takes care of anything - seriously nothing.

They charge you a TON when you move out.

We had to move to another apartment and had it professionally cleaned, then they turned around and charged us $225 for cleaning expenses.

Morally wrong....Kurt the manager is a ----.

99w is LOUD all the time.

And you can hear everything from the other apartments.

They are big and spacious but they are really noisy.

And the graveyard next door has lots of poison ivy in it.

There are lots of bees near the pool area and poisonous vegetation all over the property.

Stray cats are a HUGE problem here and most of the bottom floor apartments have nothing but bark dust thrown on the ground outside your door. Guess what? It's nothing but a big litter box. You can step outside and count the piles of catpoop. You open your door or windows and it just reeks of cat urine and poop. Disgusting!

Traffic noise is HORRIBLE here ... the property is adjacent to highway 99W. The traffic slows down at night but then the emergency vehicles lay on the siren all the way through town. It's so annoying not to be able to open your windows and relax.
