You dont wanna live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Maybe it is the management company that does not care, maybe it is the complex' Since living here, there have been 7 people to move out most of whom have been here a LONG time.............management has changed hands and is a nightmare. They are making us now pay water, sewer, and garbage. Homeless man digs through garbage and lives in woods behind complex. There are Nazi signs and words spray painted in the woods as well. I can hear everything all my neighbors do. Cops are here at LEAST once a week for something. There is no lighting and it is unsafe. Residents can have any kind of dog and then do not leash them or pick up after them. No one wants to live here, it seemed so nice when I first moved in but looks are SO deceiving. I want out but dont want to have to break my lease. It is too expensive here and keep in mind, they contrat out all of their maintenence issues so random people are coming in to "fix" things although when we wanted our dishwasher cleaned, the man came in and told us to use Jet Dri and then it will be fixed. two months later, still isn't. I wanted a nice place to call home, this is not at all what I thought it was.
