I have been living here for 3 years now and have seen the property with three different managers.

Granted, sometimes maintenance requests take a little bit to get done, but once they are done, they are done right.

I like the space and the views as well.

I think the only thing that needs some work, are some of the residents who leave furniture by the garbage and their garbage on their front porch.

Other than that, I love Maple Tree!
