I have been here for awhile now and have never really encountered any of the problems discussed below. I like living here and I feel pretty safe surrounded by well-lit areas and other families. The apartments are really cute on the inside and they are pretty spacious. Granted it is not the nicest place around, but it is a good deal for what you're getting (tons of amenities)and to be just outside DC. I've never had had issues with the management and maintenence has always been prompt. You really need to give this place a look before you write it off....it is really great place for the just-out-of-college crowd, looking for a place to get started near the metro area without a ton of money to spend on rent. Again, this place is a nice place...just not particularly fancy and probably not where you want to stay forever.

You do realize that the previous postings about meadow creek apartments was regarding the one located in Tigard Oregon not right outside of DC. Yes your complex could be owned and runned by Equity Residential but maybe ran a little better than this place here in Oregon.....
