I moved in at Meadow Creek last March (2003) mainly because I was sold on the location and the grounds. I am so sorry that I moved here. I don't even know where to begin... The management absolutely sucks, they don't seem to care about any complaints that come in. I have had problems with my neighbors since day one- which has hardly been attended to. I have requested many work orders for the MANY things wrong with the apartment only to find a half ass repair job done 2 days after the request. I requested to have my parking spot moved due to numerous dings to my car from the idiot parking next to me, they just told me to park closer to the pole. They have been painting the exteriors for almost 2 months now, they promised it would be done in a matter of days- and it has nothing to do with the rain. I have to stop now or this rant will continue on forever. Don't let the pretty grass and fountains fool you like it did me. This place is awful and I can't wait till my lease is up in March so i can get the heck out. Except now i'm worried about all the move out fees described by the other people that posted reviews. Ugh what a mistake to move here.

I had some good friends who lived at Meadow Creek several years ago. It was a fairly decent place then, and at one time I was thinking of renting there myself. However, I have seen it go way downhill over the past few years, just as this reviewer describes. Now there's no way I'd live there, unless conditions improved radically to what they were, Not much chance of that! A pity, to say the least.
