I was a resident of Meadow creek. Lived there for one year. Had a one bedroom and the layout was great! The rent was super cheap, no deposits was a huge plus and all the extra parking was great! Great location. Only downside we had ants everywhere, even on the counters in the kitchen, yuck try cooking with them, plus all our three neighbors fought with ants too. But they did not get bad till we lived here for 9 months. Had great neighbors and made some good friends living a meadow creek. The pools, hot tubs, and pool tables rock! The staff has no heart and u must lock into a long lease, no forgiveness. U decide' And every year you resign your rent jumps up, what a great incentivie.
