I have been a resident going on 3 years now. The managment (corporate not on site) is doing what ever they can to cut costs. They closed down the best hot tub last year, won't let you have any alcohal at the pool starting this year. And the list could go on. If they would stop with all the new rules -- This would be a great place to live. Everyone is Great, no big problems with noise, just nice younger adults living their lives.
