I have lived at Meadowcreek since October 2007 and from the day we moved in I've regretted it. My apt. is the larger 2bdrm and it is so gross. The walls clearly had holes punched in them and were improperly repaired. The dryer shrank all my clothes when I used it. The paint doesn't extend to the floor, it stops 3inches from it, our windows are missing screens, the faucet on my sink actually lifts up from the base, my shower nozzle is broken, the stove is so old (and I'm 30) that I didn't even know how to use it when we moved in. Ants ARE EVERYWHERE! The dogs rules aren't enforced, so there are rampant dogs off leash everywhere, even pitbulls, which aren't allowed. The rent is way to high for such a poor quality residence. I also strongly agree that the management is decietful and untrustworthy. They constantly lose rent checks and don't keep an accurate record of the utilities you pay through them and refuse to provide a payment history when repeatedly asked for it.
