The Okay-to-good:

Insofar as the units themselves are concerned, the design is pretty nice. I do wish the bedroom had more light, however.
The price is reasonable.
I have had no problems whatsoever with the management, but then again, I am not the kind of tenant who typically needs much of anything that way.
Washer and dryer in unit: nice
Fireplace: nice
Vaulted ceilings: nice, if you like them
Pets allowed: happy with that; I have two cats, but there is a downside to the pets situation

The Bad:

In a word: noise. Noise. Noise! NOISE!!!
I've seen a downhill slide since moving here in December 2006.
Noisy, somewhat destructive kids, teenagers with nothing better to do than hang around and make a LOT of--you've got it--noise.

Partying goes on and neighbors are permitted to shout, loiter and even fight all hours of the night.
Tenants get away with putting all kinds of crap on their decks and patio areas, lending a real low-budget, embarrassing look to this place.

They throw couches and other gigantic things in the dumpsters, although to their credit, the stuff gets hauled away very quickly. I do wonder how this has impacted my trash bill, which, along with the water, the tenant must pay.

Cats wander around the premises, and several of them are not neutered. Thus, they spray things, wander on to my deck and harass my cats, who live indoors only and mind their own business. I think some of the cats must have been ditched when their "owners" moved away. I love cats, but I can't handle the way this problem is not addressed.
Dogs have a tendency to poop on the common areas and too often they are not cleaned up after.


What a shame. If only the management were more selective, this really wouldn't be a bad place to live.
When I first moved here, my next door neighbor was awesome. She moved out about two months later.
Now I know why.

So, as soon as my lease expires, I am moving.

I live here now and have for 3 years. This person has hit it right on the head. This place's setting is almost idyllic. It's a very short walk to food & shopping; the grounds are beautiful and well maintained ... They changed the entire office staff a couple of years ago. That was like taking the state champs and replacing them with the JV second string squad. The result has been a steady decline in amenities because the people they have been allowing to move in have torn the place up and made it to sleazy to be comfortable. I no longer feel safe going for a walk after midnight around the property. The experience of living here HAS dropped to the point that I too am moving at the end of my lease.
