We have lived here for almost a year and will be living here for another year. This is such a great community. My kids can play outside on the huge courtyard while i can fold laundry in our living room. Our apartment has a view of the courtyard which makes is nice so while i'm watching t.v there is no one walking by or looking in while they get to their car. We are right by summer lake park which is perfect to take our dog and children for a walk and it is a great place to have a picnic.And my favorite part about it here is i can walk right over to the plaza that has all the stores like dollar tree, cold stone, 7-11, rite aid, mcminamins, lambs grocery store and a bunch of others. We have only one car and when my husband leaves i can walk over with the kids and get mcdonalds instead of heating up my house to cook lunch.Every time i have had a maintinance request it is fixed the same day as well.

I am moving in on July 30, however I am seeing a lot of nasty comments on this review site about Meadow Creek, what do you think those are about?

Nice pictures... You must be part of the staff. They look like pics from the brochure. Weird how you happened to have gotten pics right after it was mowed and cleaned up. Watch out during your picnic and don't sit in dog crap. Love how you rated everything the highest possible. Try to not write from your brochure next time.

Why would anyone be as immature as to bash another person. QUIET RUDE! These pics obviously were from the website to show people an idea of the landscaping does someone have to take their own?
