I am moving out as soon as I can! I've lived here way too long and am fed up. The office staff has no clue what they're doing and the grounds are gross. No one picks up after their dogs and I am so tired of seeing it around. If you have a dog, it'd be a perfect place for you, especially if you don't pick up after them. There are kids running around, screaming, throwing the rocks onto the pathway, jumping in and out of the pond (that I'm worried could be toxic!) with no parental supervision.It's sad that this kind of community is near such a nice area. It surely is the type of community you'd find near Allen Blvd. I don't feel safe there, I see police at least every other day stopped for some reason. There is furniture constantly by the dumpsters, which I'm sure us tenants are paying for. It seems as if the office staff sit in the office and do as little as possible. I cringe every time I have to deal with them. The tenants do what they want, when they want and the community suffers. They are finally painting (I believe the last time they painted was in 1985 - when the apartments were built) but I'm not sure it will help. It will forever be GHETTO CREEK. (If anyone posts an ad saying they like it, I'm sure it's the office staff trying to get their ratings up, I just am not sure they are smart enough to do that.)
