My family and I moved into Meadow Creek a few months ago, and I wish now that we would have looked around more. We moved in at the time of the complex being painted and all I can say is wow. I hope the painting company was the lowest bidder, because the paint job looks like garbage and wont last long. Rotten boards with holes were just painted over. Runs in the paint everywhere. Kind of fitting for these apartments I would say.
We have had nothing but issues with the office staff since we moved in. They are about the laziest rudest people that I have ever met. It takes an act of god to get them to do their jobs. They do not respond promptly when a situation arises. They act nice and like they will do anything for you..... until you sign the lease. Then your soul is already signed over. I can imagine that when we try to leave here, we will be subject to undeserving fees, just as every other resident who "made a break for it" in the past has.
My recommendation.......... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I completely agree. The office staff is rude. We are fighting with them and equity residential right now. Anyone considering moving here, google Equity Residential lawsuits and you can see the deceitful practices that their employees use. People all over the country have lawsuits with Equity. I am considering a class action suit against them, and if anyone else who has legitimate complaints who would like to join in on it, please let me know..
