Piss Poor Management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We have lived here for a while now, and have issues with parking. It is almost impossible for us to park in our own parking spot sometimes. We have brought it up with managment and they chose to do nothing. Other neighbors have had similar issues. We can also sit on our couch and watch our blinds move back and forth when it is windy. There is poor insulation which leads to high electricity bills. We are moving this summer.
