I am pleased with my apartment--I've lived here for almost one year. I generally agree with the problems mentioned about insulation, and have found that it's hard to keep my apartment draft-free in the winter. Some kids live in the building behind me, and they tend to be very noisy--my biggest complaint to date. Tried to get help from management, but they blew me off. I don't want to start a feud, so I live with it. I tend to agree with folks about management--I have not been impressed by sincerity or significant attention to detail. Still, overall, the peace and quiet is worth the rent I'm paying. UNless I find a much better deal, I will most likely stay.
