I moved out of Oakmont last year and there are some things I really miss about it: The ample guest parking, the vaulted ceilings, the fireplace, the view, the pool, the nicely landscaped grounds, the nice manager Michelle, and Winston (her dog). The one thing I don't miss about it are the high heat bills because the place was not well insulated. Also some low class individual was always throwing out their dinner on the grass (spaghetti for the birds'). Another time someone threw their dead goldfish out on the sidewalk. The woman who lived below me was always cranking her subwoofer at 3 in the morning but I figured it was because I had a small child that was always jumping around and she was getting even. Other than that I have had no major problems at the Oakmont (besides one very obnoxious orange kitty cat) and even got most of my deposit back when I moved out.
