Going down hill fast From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The current management company is becoming the same as the previous management company - bad. Drafty windows and doors. The 'zonal' electric heat is a joke. Expect very high electric bills unless you like to freeze in the winter and bake in the summer(no a/c). Suffice it to say that the negatives far outweigh the positives. Very high rent considering the age and condition of the apartments. Do your research. There are better places with more ammenities for a more reasonable rent.
