I love the layout and apartment is gogeus nice view of wetlands.

But, management is not helpfull.

Mailroom is left unlocked and I'm now missing a package that the mailman said was delivered.

Maintence is overwelmed does not keep apointments.

I have a work order that is now 4 months old.

Lease expired with no notice.

After 2 phone calls 2 meetings with district manager I stil have not seen one and it is now 45 days later.

Trash is ALWAYS overflowing and blowing everywhere.

and on and on......I pay 1085.00 for a two bed two bath with attached garage.

They are now having problems renting the place.

My apartment is being offered at 750.00 plus 6 weeks free rent to new renters.

I expect better maintence service and follow through for the rate I?m paying.

Again my apartment gorgeus Maintence and management ha ha...is a joke.

Oh they used the wrong size of water pipes when buildig the property get used to a couple of drops a water for a shower.

wow! I don't get the attached one. but I would hate living on the first floor. I did not pay over a thousand, but when you think of the rent, it is all adds up and very close to a thousand. Nothing the manager do pleases us.
