Summer Creek
AVERAGE RATING
< | >
Having just applied to live at Summer Creek I made my decision predicated on a number of criteria. First and foremost was location-location-location. Close to freeways, shopping, markets, etc. I found this to be a rather small community, and the people who do live there seemed like those you would want have as neighbors. The just seemed happy to be there. The grounds were well manicured, and the building seemed to be well maintained.
I must confess that the manager (Margo) was extremly gracious in showing me the grounds. She had great patience for I did hem and haw bit about which unit I wanted.
The bottom line is I would recommend this condo complex, and I look forward to my stay there.

Margo is no longer the manager, as operational management transferred to the new owners on May 30, 2006. I even heard from one of the tenants that Margo got tired of office politics at Bowen Property Management and quit last year. (Portland is like a small town- there are no big secrets in a small town).
By the way, Summer Creek Apartments is 150 units in size.
