Hateful Manager, lousy Maintenence and noisy complex. office hours inconvenient for working people.

Yes,NO,NO!! Summer Creek Apts. and vicinity can be noisy at times. Hard to avoid these days in Western Oregon. People are everywhere you want to be. I don't believe Pardise Mossalman (manager) or Mandy (assistant) are in any way "hateful". This is claptrap! As for maintenance, Scott Barney did a good job in my experience (I had very few maintenance requests during my tenancy at Summer Creek.) Office hours are M-F, 9 to 5. Weekends are reduced. Part of the matter relates to the fact there is no on site manager (Pardise lives in Lake Oswego and must commute) Keep in mind it can take up to 40 minutes to drive between Tigard and Lake Oswego (one way). One of the advantages of Lake Oswego is lower density and not coincidentally, less noise- much quieter. Lake Oswego is better managed than Tigard or Beaverton are. (Forget about Portland, it is way down there).

The manager assistant, I think she has a problem. She wrote me a receipt for my rent. She print my name wrong. She does not even try to admit she is wrong,nor did she apologize to me. Then when she searched for my file for the correct name, she shorten my last name.
