The place has bug issues and they get mad when you ask for it to be sprayed. Promises of expanding every year but never files for building permits. Rent jumps each year, it's next to the rail road and trains run around every 10min. nothing works right mold on the walls that they will come and paint over to fix from leaky pipes along with leaky windows. cars get broke into alot since the police have never responded with in 30min due to location. if you like trash, noisey, and having you car broke into its the place for you. not worth the paying $500-$700

I don't think this person lived at Summerfield in Tigard as it's a plus 55 community that is well run and well cared for. The railroad tracks are 4 miles away and police & fire respond immediately to any call.
