The management Theresa and Peggy are both awesome ladies. They have always been friendly and understanding. They have always addressed my complaints seriously and promptly. The maintenance staff are prompt and efficient. All the units are dated from the 70's/80's but for the value the space and amenities are awesome. The jacuzzi bathtub is my favorite. We have loved being able to have our dog here, and all the neighbors are friendly and most are respectful dog owners as well. Our unit backs up to the woods, so we have an amazing view everyday. The lawn crew comes every Wednesday like clockwork and does a great job landscaping (but no sleeping in on Wednesdays!). All the patios have been extended so they are huge, it's like having an extra living space off your apt. My only complaint really has nothing to do with this place specifically but more in line with all apartment living. Our downstairs neighbors have always been a problem. We have had two sets of them down there in our time here, and both were loud and disrespectful. They smoke, and I hate the smell of smoke, so we are unable to use our patio space unless they are at work or gone for the day. They also smoke pot in their bathroom, and the smell seeps through the pipes and the floors and stinks up our whole place. It's gross. The walls are kinda thin, as with all apartments you will hear your neighbors. Overall you get a lot of square footage and amenities here for the price you pay. One nice thing is location too. There's a lot around us, but there's also mass transit a few blocks away that can take you all the way downtown without having to transfer 800 times. It's a good location. Our year lease ended almost 6 months ago and they haven't raised our ret at all. I really enjoy it here. For apartment living, it has been the best place I've lived in a really long time. We are sad to go, but we decided to move ourselves to downtown to take advantage of city life. One piece of advice I'd give is to ask for a unit down the hill, facing hwy99. The neighbors down here tend not to have a lot of kids like the ones at the top. It's quieter down here and a lot of the neighbors have been here awhile.
