We moved in and signed a year lease with the old management co. They were courteous, and easy to deal with. When we moved in our first 3 mos were great and we thought this is nice, quiet and problem free... Then they changed management, rented the apartment above us and the one next door.. things were downhill from there. The buildings are of poor sound construction so you hear everything if your on the first floor, its like our neighbors upstairs are walking flat-footed with cinder blocks on their feet, to boot they are younger and dont have any consideration for the people around them, so parties that go til' 6 am are ok, but some of us have to get up at 5 to go to work. The manager and her spawn are a$$90l3s in my opinion and that really makes a big difference. Mainenance is good, there are no major problems with the buildings, plumbing, electrical or otherwise unless you include the garage, which is overpriced and tiny but a necessity if you want to know you have a place to park when you come home from work. If you love your animals then go elsewhere... I will leave that alone for now. All in all its a nice place to live as far as layout. The double pane windows are a plus but dont be fooled by the gas heat/hot water heater because you need insulation to have that work out and there is none here. Parking really does suck though, especially if you have 2 cars, well your S.O.L and people here are not considerate.
