I came from California, didnt know what I was getting into, at first sight this place was "the one", the rent was reasonable at least in comparison to SoCal pricing, but it didnt take long before "Audrey" and her ----- made us move. We took photos upon move in of the condition of the apartment, which included stains all over the place but still got charged over $600 when we moved out for carpet replacement, oh and $145 for cleaning, the place was spotless when we lived there and cleaner when we moved out. People, be reasonable, do your research before moving here, you'll be better off anywhere but here. The parking sucks, the apartments are poorly built and the staff just flat out only cares before you move in. Dont make your life miserable so other people have to read more bad reviews. If your even bothering to read this review and you still move here, then you deserve the grief that will surely come your way.
